Det er os en umådelig stor glæde, i denne uge at kunne præsentere Karriere’s nye lysinstallationer skabt af Jeppe Hein – og dem vil vi rigtig gerne vise frem.
Derfor vil det glæde os at se jer til vores reception for vores nye lamper på fredag. Vi byder på forårspunch, en lille kanapé og sprød musik fra Traplite (DJ’s Thomas Ochu og Mikael Gjøl).

A practicing architect and designer, David Garcia’s work often spans into the field of art, challenging the limits of what defines design and architecture. From cinematographic gardens, to sustainable housing, and from poetry clocks to nomadic bookshelves, the projects often incorporate technology and the human ritual.
For Karrierebar, the necessity to shelter a heating system along the glass windows was transformed into a seating arrangement that follows the transitions between upright seating at one end and lounge and the other. The air exit holes have become a rhythm of dashes and points, where Morse code is beamed towards the outdoors: “Karrierebar contemporary art and social life” dot dash dot dot dash….
